Embarking on my journey as a consultant architect in 1995, ‘Roheet Hede and Associates – Architects and Planners’, was established after a fulfilling stint with M/s.NM Barai Architects and Industrial Consultants in Mumbai.

Architect Rajini Hede, my life partner, joined our team in 1997, bringing diverse design experiences with her after having worked at different Architectural firms in Bangalore.
In the last three decades, our architectural projects have covered various sectors in Goa and other states, including industrial, commercial, institutional, hospitality, and residential.
In 2005, we also ventured into the realm of interior contracting with the establishment of ‘Interdeco Interior Contracts’. Boasting a team of 40 plus staff and associates, we successfully navigated the intricacies of time-bound interior and finishing projects gaining immense knowledge and thorough understanding of manpower management and project delivery. Our contracting portfolio includes the seamless design and execution of industrial kitchens, conference rooms, offices, training centres, spas, and diverse commercial and residential interiors. However, with the passage of time, ‘Interdeco’ was thoughtfully concluded to redirect our focus towards our core passion — Architectural Design projects.
Our Architectural Design philosophy remains rooted in the harmonious blend of functionality, practicality, and idealistic aesthetics. We consistently weave green spaces into and around our structures, allowing nature to organically intertwine with our designs—a motif that echoes through our architectural narrative. In the industrial and technical design sectors, our firm is distinguished for efficient space allocation, adept design conflict management, and comprehensive analysis spanning disciplines, manpower dynamics, and machine movements. 
Our residential designs, a testament to our versatility, span a wide spectrum—from the intricacies of a compact 10-foot-wide home to the grandeur of a sprawling 10-bedroom villa—each project undertaken with unwavering commitment and creative zeal. We collaborate with artists, fabricators, masons, and other skilled professionals who share our dedication and passion for their craft, ensuring each project is a collective endeavour marked by excellence and innovation.
