Ten apartment units are artfully arranged in a linear stacked design, forming a series of two and a half building blocks that gracefully cascade down a gentle slope. The road abutting areas are reserved for commercial use. A substantial geometric frame wraps around the commercial space, augmenting the overall volume at the property’s entrance. Similar geometric shapes are echoed in the roof design. Apartments, staircase, and parking seamlessly intertwine, skilfully adapting to the sloping terrain. Using a mix of colours, horizontal and vertical overlaps come together to form a visually engaging structure.
