In the heart of a residential bay, a quaint old crumbling neighborhood post office underwent a creative renovation to blend with the character of the surrounding residences. The design incorporates a distinctive single, expansive roof for architectural cohesion and rain protection, while ensuring wheelchair accessibility. The space around the post office is paved to include ramps and parking for two- and four-wheelers, and access to the neighboring park.

Designing an emergency hospital on a bustling highway, this project envisions Goa’s first purpose-built Emergency Support facility hospital prioritizing the Golden Hour protocol for optimal lifesaving. Beyond its primary medical role, it doubles as an in-house Training Institute for Para Medical Technicians and Emergency Support Personnel. The design emphasizes well-lit staircase blocks and lobbies, utilizing extensive glazing to create a bright and cheerful atmosphere in common areas. Additionally, the structure employs lattice coverings to cover essential service areas which envelope the min operation theatres. A proposed solar power generation facility and a six-storey cascade garden around the stairwell further highlight the project’s commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Open-plan commercial spaces at Panaji’s prominent Miramar Beach were designed with the intention of capturing the best uninterrupted view of the Arabian Sea and the Miramar Beach. Green areas are planned at various levels, including a terrace garden with a pool at the penthouse for the owners. The lower levels would house a double-height retail space and a restaurant with an open terrace above it.
