Designed for Syngenta, the Technology and Project Block design focused on segregating Laboratories and their service areas to eliminate physical connections between Scientists and Service engineering staff. Achieved through a box-in-a-box concept, the service floor is sandwiched between two laboratory floors, with a service corridor enveloping the structure, optimizing functionality for both teams.
