Three modest existing row houses were revamped into two generously proportioned 4-bedroom residence. While the existing property’s configuration dictated the placement; the redesign strategically harnessed light and ventilation on two sides, enhancing the perceived spaciousness. Internal green spaces and double-height living rooms contribute to the expansive ambiance. Well-positioned balconies and ample glazed areas guarantee abundant light and ventilation. The inclusion of trellises serves both functional and aesthetic purposes, mitigating the sun’s glare while adding a touch of design finesse.
