It connects to the existing production facilities for Health & Femme Care units P&G. Architectural Design and Planning for Siemens in Goa involved a 2-storey office block, Production, and Testing area with ancillary Employee facilities. The 1900m2 office block included Employee Dining, change rooms, security check facilities, and space for about 300 workstations, etc., along with a 4580m2 PEB structured Production plant. -

Designed for Syngenta, the Technology and Project Block design focused on segregating Laboratories and their service areas to eliminate physical connections between Scientists and Service engineering staff. Achieved through a box-in-a-box concept, the service floor is sandwiched between two laboratory floors, with a service corridor enveloping the structure, optimizing functionality for both teams. -

Situated on a compact plot in an industrial zone, the design of this structure prioritized efficiency in space utilization. It takes the form of a four-story box with a prominent rectangular staircase block on one side. To elevate its visual appeal, vibrant colors grace the window bands, and dynamic horizontal slats at the roof eaves level were introduced, adding a touch of modern flair to the overall design.
