    Tasked with designing the Main Distribution Centre for Central India’s largest production and distribution facilities, our focus extended to planning and designing utility and service units. It connects to the existing production facilities for Health & Femme Care units P&G. The project also involved creating onsite and offsite parking facilities catering to trailer and container trucks, ensuring seamless operations within the expansive facility.

    Nestled on a slope, this home seamlessly adapts to the undulating site contours. Spanning three levels and accessible from two sides, it overlooks the Boma Village, embraced by trees. The main entrance level features semi-public spaces, an independent office, and discreetly tucked kitchen and service areas for functionality and privacy. A separate staff entrance streamlines kitchen operations. The living area opens to terraces, while the dining area unfolds onto a deck with a valley view, fostering a serene connection with nature. Lower and first floors reveal private sanctuaries, including bedrooms, a yoga room, and a puja room. This hillside abode offers a nuanced experience where architecture and nature harmoniously converge.

    Architectural Design and Planning for Siemens in Goa involved a 2-storey office block, Production, and Testing area with ancillary Employee facilities. The 1900m2 office block included Employee Dining, change rooms, security check facilities, and space for about 300 workstations, etc., along with a 4580m2 PEB structured Production plant.

    Built for a politically connected family, the house segregates the public meeting areas from the private home. With two stairways, one for staff and one for residents, it features a first-floor residence bathed in natural light. Outdoor terraces invite gatherings, seamlessly blending functionality with practicality. The ground floor boasts an east-facing entrance porch, north-facing garage, and a southern section with a bedroom, internal staircase, and office. The second floor is entirely private, with bedrooms and a terrace for family gatherings, emphasizing careful window placement for diffused light.
    A wide front porch facing towards east makes up the entrance porch of the house which is half of the eastern facade of the ground floor.
    The garage facing North is right behind the entrance porch and makes up the northern facade of the ground floor. A seating equally elongated as the garage is tucked between the entrance porch and the garage placed at right angles with each other. The southern part of the ground floor comprises of a bedroom an internal staircase and an office. Washrooms and store room are kept at the rear. An external staircase, with direct access to the entrance pole is integrated in the design as a service entry.
    The internal staircase (north-south oriented) becomes the axis of division of semi-private and private spaces. The eastern side makes up the kitchen, a circulation lobby and a double heighted living room with windows on the northern and eastern façade. The western part of the house are two bedrooms with washrooms.
    The second floor is entirely the private area with two bedrooms on the western part of the house. The rest almost entirely makes up the large terrace for family gatherings etc.
    The windows have been carefully placed such that it looks like a composition of windows of different sizes that perfectly go in with the voids created as terraces on elevations. The elevations come together as an amalgamation of hollowed out spaces that allow diffused light into the house.

    Nestled along a bustling road, the home is a modern cuboid residence. Cleverly compartmentalized, the office and residence inhabit distinct floors, preserving the sanctuary of privacy. Two stairways, one discreetly for house staff and the other for residents, ascend to the residence on the first floor. Bathed in natural light through expansive windows, the space features a tranquil puja room with a skylight. Outdoor terraces beckon for familial gatherings, defining a home that seamlessly blends functionality with practicality.

The living room, with double height and ample natural light, invites through large windows.

    Designed for Syngenta, the Technology and Project Block design focused on segregating Laboratories and their service areas to eliminate physical connections between Scientists and Service engineering staff. Achieved through a box-in-a-box concept, the service floor is sandwiched between two laboratory floors, with a service corridor enveloping the structure, optimizing functionality for both teams.

    Embarking on our maiden design venture, this family residence on a street corner, is located along the banks of the Mandovi river. The entrance features a tulsivrindavan, and a simple porch with seating that captures the charm of Goan balcaos. The sturdy load-bearing structure boasts brick and masonry arches with Cuddappa stone lintels. Inside, the compact lobby integrates living and dining areas into one space, maintaining kitchen privacy behind small arched openings. The project turns a corner plot into a cozy 4-bedroom sanctuary.

    In an urban-village setting on a gently sloping property, this girls’ orphanage embraces a design that harmonizes with the surroundings. On a sloping property with fields, the aim was to evoke a homely feel rather than an institutional one. The terrain was used ingeniously, by having the main access on the first floor. A generously sized sloping roof, blending with the surroundings, addressed the challenges posed by the monsoons. The entrance features a simple partially covered front porch with a traditional Goan Balcao, offering a cosy home feel. Inside, a well-lit courtyard maximizes light and ventilation. Pseudo balconies with windows not only enhance the residential aesthetic but also serve functional purposes, discreetly concealing certain services. This design blends comfort, culture, and practicality for a space transcending institutional norm-creating a comforting and approachable environment.

    This beachfront retreat embraces a straightforward rectangular design crowned by a single expansive roof with a generous overhang and a large deck to soak in the 180-degree sea view. All spaces, excluding the bedroom, blend into one expansive area, providing uninterrupted views of the sea. A simple minimalist beach house that invites occupants to bask in the serenity of coastal living.

    A village school for primary and middle school children, the design channels the quintessential charm of a typical village school while maintaining a humane and relatable scale. The majority of the school sits on a single storey, elevated on a high plinth, while the administration proudly stands in a two-storeyed block. Classrooms are thoughtfully arranged, embracing an entrance courtyard. Characterized by sloping roofs, this courtyard isn’t merely for aesthetics but serves as a focal point, a dynamic space for morning assemblies and various school gatherings. The overall aesthetic is one of openness and invitation, creating an environment conducive to learning, camaraderie, and a shared sense of pride.

    A duplex residential project featuring seven duplex apartments, with five identical units arranged in a linear fashion. Each unit enjoys a small front yard, creating a tiny private oasis to enrich the spatial ambiance. Abundant balconies grace the facade, offering luxurious outdoor spaces. The meticulously framed balconies, windows and stairwells add character to the overall structure, while strategically placed skylight shafts infuse the apartments with required additional natural light.
